Helps guide and support all the Association’s activities.
Signs official documents on behalf of the Association.
Leads membership, annual, and special meetings.
Fulfills the general responsibilities expected of an executive leader.
Vice President
Steps in for the President when needed.
Assists with Presidential duties as requested.
Secretary
Takes clear and accurate notes (minutes) at all meetings.
Sends out notices for upcoming meetings.
Manages and updates the ihehoa.com website (Google Sites).
Posts the meeting minutes to the website.
Monitors the email address and replies to inquiries, seeking Board input as needed.
Administrators or delegates the administration of the Facebook group.
Stores, or delegates, the physical and digital records of the HOA.
Treasurer
Keeps detailed and accurate financial records, internal records, and banking accounts.
Prepares the yearly budget and shares a financial report with members at/before the annual meeting.
Files the annual Washington Secretary of State corporation filing.
Prints annual dues notice for mailing/delivering by the Secretary.
Accepts and processes annual HOA dues.
Replies to Requests for Information when properties are sold.
Holds the account information, debit card, and checks for the bank.
Holds the key to the PO Box.
