Call to order: by Freddie Perez at 3:30 PM
Minutes
Welcoming comments by President Kaylee, including introductions of attendees.
Request for volunteers for the board. Garth nominated and approved as member at large.
The new Homeowners Association Board composition is as follows:
President: Kaylee R
Vice-President: Pat F
Treasurer: Lance R
Secretary: Freddie P
Members at Large: Garth B
Lance provided homeowners with the annual treasurer’s report detailing all expenses through September 2025. Delinquent dues and lean paid by Lot 37. Removal of lien billed and still needs to be paid along with the current HOA fee.
The board approved spending $300.00 for Highway 305 entrance plants.
Action Items:
Need to update HOA fee amount on website.
Lindsay will look into a lighting solution for the school bus stop for winter hours.
Pat, Denise, and Barb have volunteered to devise a plan to beautify the entrance to our community from Hwy 305.” This will include planting flowers and native plants that will return yearly. Once the board has approved the plan, they/we will need volunteers.
We will host a chili contest so we can meet more of you. Details will be forthcoming.
