Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

Board attendees: Vincent D, Lance R, Freddie P

Freddie called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM
The previous Vice President moved and will be replaced on the board by Vince.
Kaylee selected as new President.
The new Homeowners Association Board composition is as follows:
President: Kaylee S
Vice-President: Vincent D
Treasurer: Lance R
Secretary: Freddie P
Members at Large: Pat F, Joe S
Treasurer's report
Lance provided homeowners with the annual treasurer’s report detailing all expenses through December 2021.
HOA renewals to be mailed out. Late fee will be applied on November 1st.
1 HOA fees still due for Lot 37. Board agreed to set up lean with the county, Treasurer will handle.
Halloween will be celebrated on October 29th on NE Crow.
