Treasurer's report
Propose to increase dues by +$0.22/mo, for a total of $51/year, to cover increased fees from PSE (streetlights)
Do not need a vote from the HOA members to raise the dues, since we're not adding an assessment, according to ARTICLE XI Section 2.
Cancelling the food/party is a good plan given the current circumstances and meeting outdoors definitely is preferable.
