Call to order: 3:00PM
Discussed past due accounts
Lots 3, 4, 5, & 37 are past due.
3rd notices to be sent via certified mail.
4th notices will be a lien.
Treasurer report
Over budget by $301.00 due to past due accounts.
Proposed – increase past due fees for late payers.
Would have to be approved by entire HOA – Joe to look into.
PO Box charge increased by $10.00.
Jitka to look at other options.
Proposed rate increase to PSE monthly expense.
Lance to look at conversion to all LED lights.
Proposed to change banks due to lack of online functionality – All agreed.
Proposed solutions to balance budget:
Website costs to be amortized over 2 years – All agreed.
Annual BBQ to be potluck, not budgeted – All agreed.
PSE to install LED lights – Pending on Lance’s findings.
Vince S to contact county for information on clearing trenches.
