Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

Minutes:
Brooke and Stephanie have left the neighborhood requiring President and Treasurer positions to be filled. Attendees voted in new board members:

Lance gave a treasury report
At the time of the meeting, there were five delinquent lots. One lot is over $400 past due.
Due to delinquent payments, we have a short fall in income and are depleting reserves.
First notices for dues have been sent to all lots. Many dues have been received via mail. Many received during the meeting.
Second notices will be sent after 10/31 (when late fees are applied) to past due lots.
Recommendations for balancing the budget were suggested: collect or put liens on delinquent lots, reduce expenses (website hosting, street lighting), or raise HOA dues.
Lance will call Puget Sound Energy inquiring about less expensive lighting options (LED).
Raising dues will require a 2/3 majority vote from non-delinquent homeowners.
Board will reconvene after 10/31 to reassess the treasury report.
New Facebook administrators were selected for the HOA group.
Kaylee R and Jikta P will become admins.
Pat brought up invasive species that homeowners should be looking out for.
