Attendance

• • Board Members Present: Brooke Huffman, Vincent De Santis, Stephanie Baroni-Cook, Larry Winsor

Call to order

• • Brooke Huffman called meeting to order at 5:35

Minutes:

• • Larry will be moving he will be replaced on the board by Freddie Perez.

  • The new Homeowners Association Board composition is as follows:

    • President: Brooke Huffman

    • Vice-President: Vincent DeSantis

    • Treasurer: Stephanie Baroni-Cook

    • Secretary: Freddie Perez

    • Members at Large:

  • Stephanie Baroni-Cook provided homeowners the annual treasurer’s report detailing all expenses through September 2018.

  • Stephanie will be going to bank with Larry to remove him from HOA account.

  • HOA renewal with the state not due until November, it will be handled by Stephanie.

  • Determined that ditches are maintained by county.

  • 5 HOA fees still due. Notices to be sent out

  • Halloween will be celebrated on October 30th on NE Crow.
