Treasurer’s Report
• Current balance of $3103.60; Jaime will send letters to owners who are late in payment of dues
• We still have the $25 check from Owenwood for the beautification of the entrance to Seminole; discussion followed as to whether to keep it or send it back; Denise recommended that we keep it for future improvements, Barb seconded that motion
Discussions
• Weeding party at the Seminole entrance when the weather warms up; may want to mulch the planted area
• Jeff talked about the Nextdoor Noll Rd. community email group for neighbors to access, we may want to send that information out again
• Revisited the discussion regarding what to do with the Covenants & Bylaws; Bylaws are easier to revise than the Covenants; the major consideration is the maintenance of the streetlights
• Vince brought up the idea of establishing a neighborhood trail; let’s revisit this interesting idea
• Summer Solstice party was tentatively scheduled for June 24th; will have to reschedule
