Review of Minutes from Previous Board Meeting:
April 18th 2016
• No corrections; Denise moved to accept the minutes, Pat seconded.
Treasurer’s Report
• See Treasurer’s Report dated September 9th, 2016; Summary: Beginning balance of $2728.50, ending balance of $2130.19; this includes a $1846.09 payment to Puget Sound Energy • Jaime explained the $30 business fee, which was automatically charged to our account due to our business status; he talked to the bank about our minimal fund transactions and they have dropped this fee. • Brooke moved to accept the Treasurer’s Report, Susan seconded.
Ballot Results
• 25 ballots were collected which validates the election.
• Officers for this coming year will be determined at the next board meeting.
Website Update
• Each board member has access to an email address associated with our website; If we do not want to take advantage of this option, Joe will be able to delete our names
• Joe also informed us that every homeowner also has the option of a separate HOA email - they only have to contact him
• Joe has covered the cost of the set-up; After two years the yearly cost to maintain the website will be approximately $200
Disaster Preparedness
• Peter would like smaller groups made up of Indian Hills & Owenwood residents
• We will discuss these dates at the next board meeting NOTE
• Pat called Fish and Wildlife regarding the bear sightings and they suggested that we do not put out bird feeders in the spring as the bears are attracted to them.
