Review of Minutes from Previous Board Meeting: July 19th
• Pat moved to accept the minutes; Larry seconded
Treasurer’s Report
• See Treasurer’s report dated July 8, 2015
• Jaime paid $66 in cash for the PO Box since he was at the Post Office; therefore, reimbursed with a check
• Late fee payments: Barb will check through past minutes to see if the process for late fee payments had been recorded; Jaime proposes to send certified letters to those who have not paid by October 31st to inform the owners that a lien will be filed including the late fee.
• Should we raise homeowners dues? Discussion followed: expenses have not risen, so no need to raise dues; talk of hiring a landscaper to keep up with the entry way; Val suggested waiting until we see how a landscaper might affect our budget and talk again about the dues.
• Pat will write up the “definition of work” and distribute amongst us to obtain a bid for those of us who know gardeners.
• Pat moved to accept the Treasurer’s report; Val seconded
Neighborhood Barbeque
• September 13th and as part of the annual meeting; 3:00 – 5:00; Barb will write up a notice
• Owenwood will be invited
• Board meeting of April 19th, 2015: board voted to approve purchase of meat for the barbeque
Website
• Discussion regarding the use of the website, especially tailoring the treasurer’s report to protect people’s privacy: Jaime will alter the treasurer’s report for publication
• Val will create a Dropbox folder in which to send minutes and will also write up a notice for Peter to send out

• Willing to serve again: Val, Larry, Jamie, Peter, Barb, & Brooke

• Aquifer is huge here
• PUD is looking into restructuring of the existing well as is old and could fail
