Pat moved to accept the Treasurer’s report; Peter seconded
Neighborhood Barbeque
September 1st & as part of the annual meeting
Board voted to approve purchase of meat for the barbeque; Pat moved and Brooke seconded this decision
Procedure of Issuing Liens
We will discuss this when Jaime is present
Landscaping in the Fall
Pat will head this up

This meeting would comprise 3 sections; Peter will elaborate at a later meeting
