Review of Minutes from Previous Board Meeting: Oct. 24th
• Jaime moved to accept the minutes; Larry seconded
Treasurer’s Report
• There was an error in the annual report for total deposits which is reflected in the current Treasurer’s Report
• See Treasurer’s report dated January 22nd, 2015
• Ending balance as of this date: $4069.77
• Still have 5 properties with late fees; Jaime discussed the process to collect (Barb would like to write the process down next meeting)
• Pat moved to accept the Treasurer’s report; Barb seconded
Assignment of positions to the board
• Though Peter would like to step aside as President and Jaime would like to step aside as Treasurer, there was no one willing to take those positions; for now we keep our last year’s positions

• Peter mentioned that Susan Berg might be interested in joining the board; Barb will personally invite her to the next meeting
Website Update
• Val was absent at this meeting, so we will wait until the next time we meet to advertise the website to all members
Recent thefts on Chippewa & Kiowa; the neighborhood should be aware of all burglary activity; installation of security cameras was discussed
• Abel Mejia, tools stolen from truck; Jan 2015
• Dan Lucas, tools & ladder stolen; Dec 2014
• Mario Perez, tools & lawn equipment stolen from shed; Dec 2014
• Eunice Mann, generator stolen from storage shed; Nov 2014
Disaster Preparedness Neighborhood Meeting
• Meeting was set for Sunday, April 12th @ 3:00
• Board meeting one hour before @ 2:00
• Owenwood residents will be invited to the 3:00 meeting
• Brooke will facilitate invitation and advertisement
New Neighbors (Barb will send a welcome letter)
• Melinda Miles & Lorraine Kile at 16790 Seminole
• Paul & Laura Savastinuk renting at 16780 Seminole
• William & Elizabeth Blackmore at 3045 Chippewa
• Christian & Elizabeth Van den Berg to move in to 16695 Seminole

• Ann Pyles to distribute flyers on 2/28
• Jaime will contact Ann, also Nina & Dan
Changes to Covenants
• Larry will contact Mr. David Horton, a well-respected lawyer in Kitsap County, to review the possibility of changing the CC&Rs
• Peter made a motion to approve the spending of up to $300 to cover the cost of the lawyer; Pat seconded the motion which was passed
• Larry will contact us when the meeting is set up
