June 12th, 2014

Correction of previous meeting minutes
In Treasurer’s report, the 2 outstanding checks totaled $23.20 and not $13.20
Larry moved to accept minutes with corrections; Jaime seconded
Treasurer’s Report
Income/Expense summary: See report
Jaime will send out another late notice payment for uncollected HOA dues
Peter will update homeowner’s database
Larry moved to accept treasurer’s report; Valerie seconded
Landscape Update; needs after streetlight installation
• During the installation of the 305 streetlights, there was damage to the landscaping
• Larry suggested we ask the county for a reimbursement for the damage, though there were several contractors on the project
• Larry (with Pat’s input from the landscape committee) will pursue this effort by first obtaining an estimate of the damage
Indian Hills HOA Website
• Valerie has offered to set up a website through Wix.com
• Barb will send her the latest minutes
• Valerie may ask through the website if there is interest in a community garage sale
New Neighbors
• Barb will try to meet the renters @ 16790 & 16780 Seminole Rd. and get their names and email addresses
By-Laws and Covenant proposed revisions
• Barb reported that no current action has been taken
Date for Annual Meeting; notice to be mailed 1 month prior
• Tentative date for Sept. 14th; Barb & Peter will work on a mailing for the meeting
Membership dues for 2015
• A discussion regarding raising homeowners dues was held and it was decided to keep them at the $48.40 level
• Larry moved to accept this fee; Barb seconded the motion
Next Board Meeting?
• May hold a meeting sometime in August
